Dr. Rod Rohrich continues to make the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex proud.
An internationally recognized plastic surgeon, Dr. Rod Rohrich is a leader and educator in the medical community. He obtained undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at North Dakota State University and the University of North Dakota. His medical degree was granted by the Baylor University College of Medicine. In addition to his past educational pedigree and achievement, Dr. Rohrich is relentless in his pursuit of molding and shaping the foundations of plastic surgery nationally. To that end, Dr. Rohrich will be attending three different conferences at the beginning of 2018 in which he will be heavily involved.
The Baker Gordon Educational Symposium in Miami, Florida is the largest live surgery symposia in the United States, having trained thousands of plastic surgeons. In this 52nd Annual iteration of the symposium, Dr. Rohrich will serve as a member of the conference’s prestigious faculty. Additionally, he will be moderating discussions, participating in several panels, and performing Primary Open Rhinoplasty as part of the live surgery program.
Upon his return from the Baker Gordon Symposium, Dr. Rohrich will be a pivotal contributor to two separate medical meetings in Dallas, Texas over the first quarter of 2018. The first, the 21st Annual Global Dallas Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine Meeting, Dr. Rohrich has assembled a prestigious, world-renowned faculty to demonstrate new techniques and leaps in technology present a wide array of areas such as lasers, non-invasive fat removal, dermal fillers, and ethical social marketing and patient safety. The second, the 35th Annual Dallas Rhinoplasty Meeting, brings together elite medical practitioners to be instructed on the most common rhinoplasty problems, revision rhinoplasty, and the newest innovations in rhinoplasty surgery. Both of these meetings will contain a unique component – a fresh cadaver lab that will offer hands-on involvement to participants so that techniques taught by esteemed faculty such as Dr. Rohrich may be immediately applied and rehearsed.
Whether it be his industry-shaping leadership in the area of plastic surgery or his philanthropic efforts with groups such as the March of Dimes and the American Cancer Society, Dr. Rod Rohrich is a valuable asset to the citizens of Dallas-Fort Worth.
